ยง 224. Public health and health planning council; secretary,
employees. The commissioner upon request of the public health and health
planning council, shall designate an officer or employee of the
department to act as secretary of the public health and health planning
council, and shall assign from time to time such other employees as the
public health and health planning council may require.
