204 - Power of County Judge of Nassau County to Appoint Court Officers.

ยง 204. Power of county judge of Nassau county to appoint court
officers. The county judge of the county of Nassau may appoint and at
pleasure remove all clerks, attendants, messengers and court officers in
the county court in said county, who shall perform such duties in
respect to said court as the said county judge may prescribe. Such
clerks, attendants, messengers and court officers shall receive such
salaries as shall be fixed from time to time by the board of supervisors
of Nassau county, to be paid by the treasurer of said county in equal
monthly installments.
