§ 199-g. Arbitration. Any action instituted pursuant to this article
in connection with the termination, cancellation, or non-renewal of a
franchise, or any part thereof, which provides for the arbitration of
disputes arising thereunder in accordance with the rules of the American
Arbitration Association shall be subject to the provisions of article
seventy-five of the civil practice law and rules.
