ยง 1809. Apportionment  to  central  school districts containing former
  central school districts.  Whenever a new central school district  shall
  be  laid  out  and organized out of territory including existing central
  school districts, or whenever  a  central  school  district  shall  have
  territory  annexed  to  it  including existing central school districts,
  such central school district shall  be  entitled  to  receive  the  same
  apportionments  as it would have received had all the districts included
  in the existing central school district or districts  included  in  such
  territory  been  originally  laid  out and organized as a central school
  district; provided that the amount of the building quota  or  quotas  if
  any for each central school district included in such new central school
  district or annexed to such central school district shall continue to be
  paid  to  the new central school district or the central school district
  to which such territory is annexed.
