17-0507 - Prohibition Against Modification of Wastes Discharged Through Existing Outlet or Point Source Without Permit.

Increasing or altering the content of the wastes discharged through an
outlet or a point source into the waters of the state by a change in
volume or physical, chemical or biological characteristics without a
SPDES permit so to do as provided by section 17-0701 or title 8 hereof,
or standards, criteria, limitations, rules or regulations promulgated or
applied pursuant thereto, is prohibited.
