ยง 163-a. Farm laborers. No person or corporation operating a farm
shall require any farm laborer to work more than sixty hours in any
calendar week; provided, however, that any overtime work performed by a
farm laborer shall be at a rate which is at least one and one-half times
the farm laborer's regular rate of pay.
