ยง 1409. Payment for publication. Any amount paid by a person to a
newspaper or newspapers for any publication of names as required by this
chapter shall be charged pro rata against all abandoned property held or
owing by such person at the time of such publication, except abandoned
property of individual amounts of less than fifty dollars.
