ยง  1404.  Penalties;  failure  to  file  disclosure  statements.   The
  attorney general may seek an injunction  against  any  children's  camp,
  camp  owner, operator, director or officer enjoining the solicitation of
  enrollments for children in such camps who reside within  the  state  of
  New  York for failure to file a disclosure statement or repeated failure
  to comply with the provisions of section fourteen hundred  two  of  this
  article.
