ยง 14. Staff  of  the  adjutant  general.    There  shall  be under the
  adjutant general a staff to consist of the deputy adjutant general,  the
  chief  of  staff  and  such other officers as the adjutant general shall
  appoint provided, that each force of  the  organized  militia  shall  be
  represented  on  the  staff  of  the  adjutant  general  by at least one
  officer.    The  staff  of  the  adjutant  general  shall  perform  such
  functions, powers and duties as the adjutant general may prescribe.
