ยง 130.22. Who may convene general courts-martial. General
courts-martial may be convened by order of the adjutant ageneral, the
commanding officer of a force of the organized militia, the commanding
officer of a division or corresponding unit of the army national guard
or the commanding officer of a wing or corresponding unit of the air
national guard.
