1112 - Fingerprints and Criminal History.

ยง 1112. Fingerprints and criminal history. In order to determine the
suitability to be licensed of an applicant or licensee, the commission
shall require a full set of fingerprints be furnished to the commission
to enable a criminal background investigation to be conducted. For any
person who intends to participate in racing in New York state, the
commission shall submit such fingerprints to the division of criminal
justice services, and the division of criminal justice services is
authorized to submit such fingerprints to the federal bureau of
investigation, in accordance with the rules or regulations promulgated
by such entities, to obtain relevant criminal history record
information, if any, concerning such applicant or licensee. The
commission shall require the applicant or licensee to pay the cost of
the criminal history investigation.
