ยง 104-a. Transfer of property for the purpose of qualifying for
assistance; presumption. For the purposes of the provisions of this
chapter disqualifying a person from eligibility for a category of public
assistance or care by reason of his voluntary transfer of property, a
transfer of property made within one year from the date of the person's
application for such assistance shall be presumed to have been made for
the purpose of qualifying for such assistance.
