Repeals. — Laws 1986, ch. 38, § 14 repealed 71-4-9 through 71-4-20 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 379, the Energy Research and Development Institute Act, effective February 28, 1986. For present comparable provisions, see 9-15-16 NMSA 1978 et seq.
