Repeals. — Laws 1997, ch. 25, § 33 repealed 7-8-1 to 7-8-20 and 7-8-21 to 7-8-40 NMSA 1978, as enacted or amended by Laws 1989, ch. 293, §§ 1 to 41, Laws 1991, ch. 151, § 1, and Laws 1995, ch. 51, §§ 1 & 2, relating to unclaimed property, effective July 1, 1997.
