Repeals. — Laws 1986, ch. 20, § 136E repealed 7-19A-4 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1984, ch. 3, § 4, relating to ordinance conforming to certain provisions of the Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax Act and requirements of the division, effective July 1, 1996.
