Repeals. — Laws 1987, ch. 234, § 84 repealed 69-30-1 to 69-30-9 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1933, ch. 153, §§ 224 and 226 to 231, relating to underground haulage for mines other than coal, effective July 1, 1987. For present comparable provisions, see 69-8-1 to 69-8-15 NMSA 1978.
