Nothing in the Highway Beautification Act affects the provisions of any lawful ordinance or regulation which is more restrictive than the Highway Beautification Act.

Severability clauses. — Laws 1971, ch. 108, § 10, provides for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
