    Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 108, § 81 repealed 63-9-12 to 63-9-14 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1965, ch. 292, § 14, relating to rules, actions to set aside rules, actions to set aside nonremovable orders of the commission, and time limit for seeking recourse in the courts, effective January 1, 1999.
