Section 59A-57-1 - Short title.

Chapter 59A, Article 57 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Patient Protection Act".
History: Laws 1998, ch. 107, § 1; 2003, ch. 327, § 1.
The 2003 amendment, effective June 20, 2003, substituted "Chapter 59A, Article 57 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 11 of this act".
