Article 1A - Lien Protection Efficiency
Section 48-1A-1 - Short title.

This act [48-1A-1 to 48-1A-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Lien Protection Efficiency Act".

Effective dates. — Laws 1999, ch. 144, § 11 made the Lien Protection Efficiency Act effective July 1, 1999.
