Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 174, § 84 repealed 45-2-610 to 45-2-612 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1975, ch. 257, §§ 2-610 to 2-612, relating to the exercise of the power of appointment, the construction of generic terms to accord with relationships as defined for intestate succession, and ademption by satisfaction, effective July 1, 1993.
