Section 40-11A-101 - Short title.

Sections 1-101 through 9-903 of this act may be cited as the "New Mexico Uniform Parentage Act".

Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 215, § 20 made the New Mexico Uniform Parentage Act effective January 1, 2010.
