Section 32A-23-1 - Short title.

Chapter 32A, Article 23 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Pre-Kindergarten Act".
History: Laws 2005, ch. 170, § 1; 2019, ch. 48, § 18.
The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2020, changed "This act" to "Chapter 32A, Article 23 NMSA 1978".
