This act [24-17B-1 to 24-17B-5 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Long-Term Care Facility Dementia Training Act".

Effective dates. — Laws 2021, ch. 111 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 18, 2021, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
