Repeals. — Laws 1996, ch. 51, § 19 repealed §§ 12-9-13 to 12-9-16.1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1981, ch. 241, §§ 3 to 6 and Laws 1990, ch. 16, § 1 and as amended by Laws 1983, ch. 295, § 5 and Laws 1993, ch. 197, § 10, relating to termination of agencies, effective March 5, 1996.
