Chapter 708 - Oil Pipelines
NRS 708.025 - Operation as intrastate carrier without certificate of public convenience and necessity prohibited.

It is unlawful for any oil pipeline carrier to operate as a carrier in intrastate commerce within this state without first having obtained a certificate of public convenience and necessity from the Commission.

NRS 708.010 - "Commission" defined.
