Chapter 706A - Transportation Network Companies
NRS 706A.077 - Transportation network company not prohibited from obtaining permit as and providing services of autonomous vehicle network company.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit a transportation network company from obtaining a permit to act as an autonomous vehicle network company pursuant to NRS 706B.130 and providing, within the scope of such a permit, the services authorized by chapter 706B of NRS.
