Chapter 690D - Guaranteed Asset Protection Waivers
NRS 690D.040 - "Dealer" defined.

"Dealer" means a seller of a vehicle who provides or arranges for the provision of credit to the buyer of the vehicle for the purpose of financing the purchase of the vehicle.
