Chapter 690C - Service Contracts
NRS 690C.060 - "Holder" defined.

"Holder" means a resident of this state who:
1. Purchases a service contract; or
2. Is legally in possession of a service contract and is entitled to enforce the rights of the original purchaser of the service contract.
