Chapter 688D - Payment of Benefits Upon Death of Insured
NRS 688D.070 - Applicability.

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any policy of life insurance, annuity or benefit contract that is used to fund or otherwise provide a death benefit under an employee benefit program which is subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. ยงยง 1001 et seq.
