Chapter 684B - Appraisers of Physical Damage to Motor Vehicles
NRS 684B.030 - Bond: Requirement; amount; replacement.

1. Before the issuance of a motor vehicle physical damage appraiser’s license the applicant shall file with the Commissioner, and thereafter maintain in force while so licensed, a surety bond which complies with NRS 679B.175 and is in an amount determined by the Commissioner.
2. A replacement bond must meet all requirements for the initial bond.
