Chapter 634 - Chiropractic Physicians and Chiropractic Assistants
NRS 634.017 - "Malpractice" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.] "Malpractice" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

"Malpractice" means failure on the part of a chiropractor to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by chiropractors in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.

"Malpractice" means failure on the part of a chiropractic physician to exercise the degree of care, diligence and skill ordinarily exercised by chiropractic physicians in good standing in the community in which he or she practices.
