Chapter 610 - Apprenticeships
NRS 610.195 - Employer’s authority to enforce statutory health and safety requirements notwithstanding antidiscrimination protections relating to hair texture and protective hairstyles.

Notwithstanding the protections in this chapter for hair texture and protective hairstyles, an employer may enforce health and safety requirements set forth in federal or state law.
