Chapter 582 - Public Weighmasters

If satisfied with the qualifications of the applicant, the State Sealer of Consumer Equitability shall issue a license as a public weighmaster, for which license the State Sealer of Consumer Equitability shall charge a fee established by regulation of the State Board of Agriculture.
