Chapter 513 - Commission on Mineral Resources
NRS 513.113 - Assistance from state agencies.

The Division may request assistance from the Bureau of Mines and Geology of the State of Nevada and the State Engineer and cooperate with them in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
