Chapter 482C - Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing Programs
NRS 482C.120 - "Car sharing program agreement" defined.

"Car sharing program agreement" means an agreement entered into between a peer-to-peer car sharing program and a shared vehicle driver or shared vehicle owner which establishes terms and conditions governing the sharing of a vehicle through the peer-to-peer car sharing program.
