Chapter 472 - State Forester Firewarden
NRS 472.010 - Creation; appointment.

There is hereby created the position of State Forester Firewarden. The State Forester Firewarden shall be appointed by and be responsible to the Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
