Chapter 465 - Crimes and Liabilities Concerning Gaming
NRS 465.083 - Cheating.

It is unlawful for any person, whether the person is an owner or employee of or a player in an establishment, to cheat at any gambling game.

NRS 465.015 - Definitions.

NRS 465.070 - Fraudulent acts.

NRS 465.075 - Use or possession of device, software or hardware to obtain advantage at playing game prohibited.
