As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 432C.020 to 432C.090, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.

NRS 432C.010 - Definitions.

NRS 432C.020 - "Agency which provides child welfare services" defined.

NRS 432C.030 - "Child" defined.

NRS 432C.040 - "Child welfare services" defined.
