Chapter 417 - Veterans’ Services and Honorary Recognition Related to Military Service
NRS 417.124 - "Provider of health care" defined. [Effective through December 31, 2021.] "Provider of health care" defined. [Effective January 1, 2022.]

"Provider of health care" means a physician, physician assistant, advanced practice registered nurse, osteopathic physician, chiropractor, psychologist, marriage and family therapist, clinical professional counselor, clinical social worker, alcohol and drug abuse counselor, clinical alcohol and drug abuse counselor or problem gambling counselor.
