Chapter 325 - Municipalities Located on Public Lands
NRS 325.150 - Prior adverse claim barred on execution and delivery of deed.

Upon the execution and delivery of the deed, as provided in NRS 325.070, any prior adverse claim or interest in the property conveyed thereby is forever barred.
