NRS 231A.260 - Recapture: Cure period; notice requirement.

Enforcement of each of the recapture provisions set forth in NRS 231A.250 is subject to a 6-month cure period. No recapture may occur until the qualified community development entity has been given notice of noncompliance and afforded 6 months after the date of the notice to cure the noncompliance.
