87-1-704. Federal fish-hatching operations. The government of the United States, the United States commissioner of fisheries, and the government's or commissioner's authorized agents may conduct fish-hatching and all operations connected with fish-hatching, in any manner and at any time that may be considered necessary and proper by them at any United States fish cultural station established by the United States government in the state of Montana.
