81-2-206. Verification and payment of claims

81-2-206. Verification and payment of claims. (1) All claims against the department must be verified by oath of the claimant or the claimant's agent with knowledge of the facts.
(2) Claims against the state arising under this part, if found correct, must be processed and paid from funds of the department.
