75-6-105. Records required for wells drilled to supply water to public. Every person drilling a water well to furnish water for public consumption shall keep a complete record of the depth, thickness, and character of different strata and other information prescribed by the department. Data must be furnished to the department on forms prescribed by it. These data are available to the public at all reasonable times.
