72-38-219. Appeal. An appeal may be taken from the grant or denial of any final order made under this chapter except the following:
(1) compelling the trustee to provide information or submit a report to a qualified beneficiary pursuant to 72-38-213(2)(g);
(2) accepting the resignation of a trustee pursuant to 72-38-213(2)(k); or
(3) approving removal of a testamentary trust from continuing court jurisdiction pursuant to 72-38-213(2)(r).
