70-29-109. Notice of action to be filed with clerk -- lis pendens. (1) Immediately after filing the complaint in the district court, the plaintiff must file in the office of the county clerk and recorder of the county or of the several counties in which the property is situated a notice of the pendency of the action containing:
(a) the names of the parties so far as known;
(b) the object of the action; and
(c) a description of the property to be affected thereby.
(2) From the time of filing such notice, all persons shall be deemed to have notice of the pendency of the action.
