52-5-105. Superintendents to manage facilities. Each facility provided for in 52-5-101 is under the immediate management and control of a superintendent. If the parent or legal guardian of a resident of a facility cannot be located, the superintendent or the superintendent's designee may consent to necessary medical treatment for the resident of the facility under the superintendent's management and control.
