2-17-825. Report to legislature. (1) The legislative council may prepare a written report of its activities and recommendations related to its duties under 2-17-805(2) to assist the legislature in determining whether the recommendations should be implemented.
(2) If a report is prepared, it must be submitted to the legislature in accordance with 5-11-210.
