330.190. Board to enforce law and employ personnel. — The board shall investigate all complaints of violations of the provisions of this chapter as provided in section 324.002 and shall report any such violations to the proper prosecuting officers or other public officials charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. The board may employ such board personnel, as defined in subdivision (4) of subsection 11 of section 324.001, as it deems necessary within appropriations therefor.
